⚠️ The U.S. Embassy in Niamey issued a security alert warning of a heightened risk of kidnapping across Niger, especially in the capital. Embassy staff now require armored vehicles and face curfews and movement restrictions.
๐ Christian leaders and friends—including Franklin Graham and U.S. Rep. Mark Harris—have called for global prayer for Rideout’s protection, strength, and safe return. His friend Gomer Williams emphasized the spiritual battle and urged prayers for both Rideout and his captors.
๐ Kevin and his brother Ian have served as pilots for SIM, supporting humanitarian efforts across West Africa, including clean water, refugee aid, and literacy programs.
Pray that Kevin will be released unharmed.
Pray for the spiritual battle going on in Niger.
Pray for the captors, that they will put their faith in Christ.
